Responsibilities:
Responsible for Application support maintenance and development of all web applications (Imaging solution, Workflow, Agency Management system and others) implementation included 1st and 2nd level support and management of bugs & issue logs, data maintenance, queries and change request
- To perform system development, system enhancement and maintenance of in-house web applications.
- To provide technical consultancy for the system interface between backend core system and other systems
- To provide technical consultancy to business users on the web application functionalities.
- To conduct system requirement study, unit testing and system testing
- To prepare functional specification and technical specification
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT Business
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Experience in ASP.net (Visual Basic and C#) programming language
- Experience in Microsoft SQL database, Web services and ODBC connectivity
- Understand business process improvement & application SDLC
- Knowledge of technologies such as Workflow, Business Intelligence, web-based solutions
- Knowledge in MS SQL DB, Unix, Window environments
- Knowledge and exposure to SQL command
