Assistant Manager-IT Business Intelligence Services
Selangor - Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:
- Participate and manage new projects covering various levels of data information reporting and analysis
- Carry out business systems analysis including defining and specifying project requirements
- Liase with business partners and clients to support the development of functional specification
- Manage the level of customer’s satisfaction by responding to queries, requests and complains promptly and effectively
- Contribute to the on-going streamlining and enhancements of business processes through the facilitation of joint working groups
- Work closely with business users to define, design and implement consolidated reporting management system
- Provide training and presentation on current Business Intelligence tool to new clients and business users
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in IT/Computer Science or its equivalent
- 2 years of experience in handling projects
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be a fast, independent and disciplined worker as well as a team player
- Understand what it takes to provide a high service level in supporting internal and external customers
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tool (BO or Cognos) and MS SQL would be preferred
