Software Maintenance Renewal Representative

Responsibilities:
- Track customer's software maintenance subscription purchase & renewal status via software maintenance tracking system/tracking sheet,
- Contact and notify customer of incoming expiration to software maintenance contract,
- Propose software maintenance renewal to customer and generate quotes accordingly,
- Follow up with customers and supplier to ensure timely maintenance renewal,
- Follow up with finance to ensure the PO/ Invoice generated is recorded in the tracking sheet,
- Provide inputs to sales/ pre-sales or other teams on maintenance related terms & conditions,
- Provide up-to-date report about the validity of the company's maintenance status to management when requested including forecast of revenue for upcoming renewal,
- Maintain and ensure the software maintenance tracking system is running all the time,
- Suggest improvements to the company's software maintenance process,
- Maintain and keep the company's standard maintenance agreements up-to-date based on latest industry standard practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Higher Diploma in Computer Science / IT or relevant fields is preferred,
- At least 2-3 years experiences in software maintenance/sales field,
- Proficiency in both written & spoken language: English (Primary), Malay and Chinese.
- Expereince in software maintenance agreement terms & conditions,
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with both internal and external customers,
- Proactive and positive working attitude,
- Ability to work under minimum supervision,
- Good persuasion & influencing skills,
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
