Production Support Engineer
Selangor - Cyberjaya
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring day to day production process
- Work cooperatively with partners and customers to ensure seamless deployment of production
- Control and update of production operational documents and support tickets
- Manage customer related incidents and ensuring speedy resolution
- Provide technical support production applications
- Willing to work in shift. (roaster rotate for day and night shift)
Requirements:
- College or university graduate in IT or equivalent
- Knowledge in various operating systems like Mac OS X, Windows XP and Windows Vista
- Poses knowledge of various web browser like Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.
- Poses knowledge of transmission protocols like FTP.
- Ability to learn foreign systems quickly
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Meticulous and thorough
- Good team player
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
